Reservation Policy

The following reservation policies govern the terms of service, financing options, and payment deadlines. For refunds, please review the refund and cancellation policy.

Vacation/room Rentals

Reservations are subject to a 5% bed tax. A 25% down payment is required at the time of reservation, and the remainder is due at arrival. Please check-in to confirm your reservation 24 hours ahead of time. For refunds, please review the refund and cancellation policy.

• Check-in time is 3:00pm.
• Check-out time is 11:00am.
• An optional late-checkout at 1:00pm is available for an additional fee.

Weddings, retreats, events, and complex-wide rentals

Reservations are subject to a 5% bed tax. We offer a four-payment financing plan of 25% down at the time of reservation with 25% due 60 days after making the reservation, 25% due 180 days after making the reservation, and final payment is due 45 days ahead of your event. For refunds, please review the refund and cancellation policy.

• Check-in time is 3:00pm.
• Check-out time is 11:00am.
• An optional late-checkout at 1:00pm is available for an additional fee.
