Refund/Cancellation Policy

The following refund and cancellation policy governs the terms of service concerning a reservation cancellation.

Room Rentals

For a 75% refund, please cancel your accommodation reservation at least 72 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival by contacting Reservation Services. Refunds for cancellations that occur within three days of scheduled arrival are at the discretion of Sunset View Resort. If you have a special request, please contact Reservation Services for assistance.
